MIGRATION, INCLUSION, WOMEN, INCLUSION,SUSTAINABILITY, UPDATE
FLORENCE, ITALY – The heart of Tuscany became the epicenter of European collaboration as representatives of the Erasmus+ project convened at the headquarters of Consorzio Co&So for a dynamic two-day transnational meeting.
With participants from multiple partner organizations, the gathering focused on reflecting on the progress made under Work Package 2 (WP2) and transforming its conclusions into the foundation of Work Package 3 (WP3) — the cornerstone of the next project phase.
🛠 WP2: Building a Knowledge Base
The day kicked off with an overview of WP2 achievements, assessing thematic coherence and identifying key priorities across participating countries. Partners presented concise, 10-minute national summaries, sparking meaningful exchange and revealing shared challenges and unique approaches.
A key highlight was the workshop brainstorming session which connected WP2 findings directly to the development of training materials and gap detection strategies for WP3.
🎯 WP3: Strategic Design for Inclusion
With a clear focus on impact and quality, partners set measurable indicators to evaluate upcoming training tools and define tangible outcomes. The collaborative energy ensured WP3 would be firmly grounded in real needs and supported by collective expertise.
🌍 Panel Spotlight: Local Expertise
A special panel featured an educator from Il Girasole, an NGO working with migrant women in Florence. The session offered valuable insights into Italy’s social integration system and frontline realities, reinforcing the project’s commitment to inclusion and diversity.
🎓 Day Two: Planning for Impact
The second day was dedicated to:
Reviewing and updating the project schedule
Finalizing the impact and dissemination strategies
Ensuring sound financial and administrative coordination
Preparing for the upcoming LTTA mobility in Austria (Month 20)
The meeting closed with a final recap, feedback questionnaire, and the distribution of attendance certificates — a symbol of shared achievement and future ambitions.
This meeting reaffirmed our commitment to inclusive education, strategic planning, and long-term impact. As the project moves into WP3, the collaboration across borders promises to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for communities across Europe.
